Log into your siteLevel account. |

Click on the "Search Box Options" tab, and click on the "Get JavaScript Search Box
Code" link. |

Highlight the code for your JavaScript search box and, at the very top of your Web browser window (in
the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and "Copy" to copy the code. |

Visit http://liveuniverse.com/ and login to your
account. |

Click on the "Control Panel" link to the left of your login information in the upper right
hand corner of the window. |

Click on the "Site Builder" button. A new window will open. |

Click on the "edit/view your site" link. Another new window will open up. |

Click on the "Edit" button corresponding to the area that you would like to add your search
box to. |

Put your cursor in the text box where you would like to place your search box. |

At the very top of your Web browser window (in the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and
"Paste" to paste your search box code. |

Click on the "Update" link in the top frame. |

In the page layout view, verify that your search box is placed correctly. If you are happy with
the placement of your search box, proceed to Step 14 below.
If you would like to change the placement of your search box, press the "Edit" button of the area that contains your
search box, highlight your search box code (starting with "<!-- Begin siteLevel Search Box Code -->" and
ending with "<!-- End siteLevel Search Box Code -->"), and At the very top of your Web browser window (in the
top toolbar), click on "Edit" and "Cut". You will now be able to try placing your search box again,
going back to Step 9 above. |
