Step by step directions for adding a search box to your
Angelfire Web site:

Log into your siteLevel account. |
|
|

Click on the "Search Box Options" tab, and click on the "Get JavaScript Search Box
Code" link. |

Highlight the code for your JavaScript search box. |
|

At the very top of your Web browser window (in the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and
"Copy" to copy your search box code. |

Visit http://www.angelfire.com and log into your
account. |
|

On the page that pops up, highlight which page you want to install the search bar in, and then press
the "Edit" button. |

|
|
BASIC EDITOR STANDARD - If you are using the "Basic
Editor Standard" to edit your Web pages, please proceed with the instructions directly
below. If you are using the "ADVANCED EDITOR", please continue with the
"ADVANCED EDITOR" section below.

Under "Step 9: Create Text Block", put your cursor where you would like to add your search
box. |

At the very top of your Web browser window (in the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and
"Paste" to paste your search box code. |

Press the "Preview" button at the bottom of the page to verify that your search box is placed
correctly. If you are happy with the placement of your search box, please proceed to Step 11.
If you would like to change the placement of your search box, press the "Back" button of your Web browser, and
delete your search box code (starting with "<!-- Begin siteLevel Search Box Code -->" and ending with
"<!-- End siteLevel Search Box Code -->"). You can now try placing your search box again by going back
to Step 8 above. |

Press the "Back" button of your Web browser to go back to the BASIC EDITOR STANDARD
page. |

Press the "Save" button to save your changes. |

ADVANCED EDITOR - If you are using the "ADVANCED
EDITOR" to modify your Web page, please use the following instructions.

In the text box containing your Web page's HTML code, please put your cursor in the place where you
would like to add your search box code. |

At the very top of your Web browser window (in the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and
"Paste" to paste your search box code. |

Click on the "preview" button at the bottom of the page. |

A preview of your Web page will now be loaded. Please verify that you search box is placed
correctly. If you are happy with the placement of your search box, please proceed to Step 12 below.
If you would like to change the placement of your search box, please press the "Back" button of your Web browser,
and delete your search box code (starting with "<!-- Begin siteLevel Search Box Code -->" and ending with
"<!-- End siteLevel Search Box Code -->") from the text box containing your HTML. You will now be able
to try placing your search box code again starting with Step 8 above. |

Press the "Back" button of your Web browser to go back to the ADVANCED EDITOR. |

Press the "Save" button to save your changes. |
