Log into your siteLevel account. |

Click on the "Search Box Options" tab, and click on the "Get JavaScript Search Box
Code" link. |

Highlight the code for your JavaScript search box and, at the very top of your Web browser window (in
the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and "Copy" to copy your search box code. |

Run HoTMetaL PRO. |
|
|
|

|
Open the Web page that you would like to add a search box to. |
|
|
|

|
Click on "View" and "WYSIWYG" at the top of the HoTMetaL PRO editor. |

Move the cursor to where you want the search box on the page. |
|
|
|

|
Click on "View" and then click "HTML Source". |
|
|
|

|
In the top toolbar, click on "Edit" and "Paste" to paste your search box code. |

Click on "View" and click on "WYSIWYG" to preview the search box on the page.
If the search box appears as you would like, please go on to Step 12 below.
If your search box appears in the wrong place on the page, please click on "Edit" and "Undo" at the top of
the HoTMetaL PRO editor, then go back to Step 8 to try placing you search box code again. |

Click on the single disk icon (a.k.a. the "Save" button) to save the document. |
|

Open the document in a browser window to verify that your search box is placed where you would
like.
If you would like to change the placement of your search box, click on "Edit" and "Undo" at the top of the
HoTMetaL PRO editor, then go back to step 8 to try placing your search box code again. |

Upload your page to your server. |
