Log into your siteLevel account. |

Click on the "Search Box Options" tab, and click on the "Get JavaScript Search Box
Code" link. |

Highlight the code for your JavaScript search box and, at the very top of your Web browser window (in
the top toolbar), click on "Edit" and "Copy" to copy your search box code. |

Run the Dreamweaver program. |

Open the Web page that you would like to add a search box to. |
|
|
|

In the editor window, type "insert-text-box" where you would like your search box to
appear. |

In the Launcher window, click on "HTML Source". |
|
|
|

Find and highlight the text "insert-text-box". If you have difficulty in finding this
text, you can click the right mouse button and use the "Find" function. |

With "insert-search-box" highlighted, press <CTRL> V to paste your search box code. |

Close the HTML Source window by clicking on the "X" button in the upper right hand corner. |

At the top of the Dreamweaver window, click on "File" and "Preview in Browser" and
select (click) from the list the browser that you would like to preview your page in. |

In the browser window that appears, check to make sure that your search box is placed where you would
like. If it is, proceed to step 14. If it is not, click on "Edit" and "Undo" at the top of the
Dreamweaver window two times (the first time to get rid of the search box code and the second to get rid of the
"insert-search-box" text), then go back to Step 7 above and try placing your search box code again. |

Click on "File" and "Save" at the top of the Dreamweaver window to save the
document. |

Upload your page to your server. |
